music documentary #6: Dancing with the devil

ha ha this documentary is so fucking hillarious! as usual it´s the "dangerous" Heavy Metal that stands in the firing line, PMRC is in on a corner, mostly it´s christian fundamentalists that stands highest on the barricades. There are some sensible people in the documentary too.



I find it funny that they bring up the Black Sabbath song killing yourself to live as an inspiration to suicide when in fact it´s about how you slave away in the hamster wheel that´s the modern society, aint it? well, thats my interpertation of the song.

For every attack on rockmusic there´s another angle on the same thing with "sensible" persons. Of course backward masking comes in on a corner, and as always it´s the Heavy Metal musicians that comes with sensible messages. in one of the youtubevideos there´s a fine mark of time, some commercials from early 90´s swedish television.
