Music #4: Backward masking, hillarious theories

Today to a dear subject among moral panicists and christian fanatics, backward masking in Heavy metal, or among music in general that doesn´t have a christian connection?
In this modern age it´s easy to play music backwards, but before the MP3´s there were a massive task to take. and alot of technical instruments needed, that often the alleged recipiants of this backward masking didn´t possess and therefore weren´t able to hear the backward masking.



And another angle, it´s hard enough to write a hit song, to sit and puzzle together a song that can be played both ways, is that even possible?
the song and group that happens to get in the firing line alot is Led Zeppelin and stairyway to heaven. It is alleged that the song goes forward: 'If there's a bustle in your hedgerow, don't be alarmed now, it's just a spring clean for the May queen."
Backwards something like: "'Oh here's to my sweet Satan. The one whose little path would make me sad, whose power is satan."

You need alot of imagination to get the incoherent sounds to that, it´s bloody fantastic i must say. And the ones finding these backward maskings must have laid a lot of energy into it, since as I stated earlier, it required alot of technical instruments and time. But you will find what you seek if you are intent on finding "it".
