Phil Lynnot, a legend in the rock industry. He died far to early at the age of 36, from kidney and liver failure due to his heavy alcohol and drugabuse. In ´69 he founded thin Lizzy with Brian Downey, he was the lead singer, bass player and main songwriter.



he released 2 solo albums in ´80 and ´82. In ´83 thin Lizzy dismantled and he was involved in several projects that didn´t amount to anything. ´85 he helped his good friend and former band member of thin Lizzy Gary Moore with his solo album run for cover, the single did go as high as fifth place on the English list. In January ´86 he died.
